Vessels undergoing repair at Bahrain’s ASRY

During the week beginning 15 January, there were 15 vessels and offshore rigs vessels undergoing repair at leading Arabian Gulf ship repairer ASRY (Arab Shipbuilding & Repair Yard Co) in Bahrain, showing the yard’s diverse ability to handle both tankers and offshore rigs and support vessels at the same time. The vessels were:
- Barbarosa – 164,746dwt 2009-built crude oil tanker, owned by Libya’s GNTC, Tripoli. Vessel in the large graving dock
- FNSA 1 – 173gt 2013-built offshore crew boat, owned by the UAE-based Fujairah National Shipping Co
- Pacific Vortex – 478gt 2009-built tug, owned by US-based ~Signet Marine, Houston, TX
- Priya Twenty Ninety – 2,605dwt 2007-built Multipurpose OSV, owned by India’s Priya Blue Shipping Pvt, Mumbai
- Rawabi 135 – 498gt 2023-built OSV, owned by Singapore’s Vallianz Holdings
- Admarine 261 – 4,473gt 1979-built jack-up rig, owned by Saudi Arabia’s ADES Group, Al Khobar
- Admarine 11 (ex ENSCO 54) – 5,563gt 1982-built jack-up rig, owned by Saudi Arabia’s ADES Group, Al Khobar
- Sneferu – 9,985gt 20210-built jack-up rig, owned by Egyptian Drilling Co, Cairo
- Rawabi 501 – 6,852gt 2017-built OSV, owned by Singapore’s Vallianz Holdings
- Athina – 74,999dwt 2008-built crude oil tanker, owned by Greece’s MOTUS, Athens and managed by Dynacom Tankers Management, Athens
- Rawabi 134 – 498gt built 2023 offshore crew boat, owned by Singapore’s Vallianz Holdings
- Rawabi 133 – 498gt 2022-built offshore crew boat, owned by Singapore’s Vallianz Holdings
- Valaris (ex ENSCO 108) – 9,743gt 2007-built jack-up rig, owned by US-based Valaris, Houston, TX
- Zamil L.B.2 – 7,659gt 2017-built offshore lift barge, owned by Saudi Arabia’s Zamil Offshore Services, Al Khobar
- Perro Negro 13 – 15,370gt 2019-built jack-up rig, owned by Italy’s Saipem, Milan
