ASRY has completed a programme of repair and upgrade work on jack-up rigs operated by Saudi Arabia-Based ADES Holding, extending an ongoing partnership between the two companies. The projects were carried out during 2025 at ASRY’s facilities in Bahrain and involved preparation of units for drilling campaigns across various regions.
Earlier in the year, the jack-up rigs ADM-501 and ADM-504 underwent work to ready them for operations offshore Nigeria. More recently, ASRY completed upgrade programmes on ADM-503 and ADM-511 ahead of planned drilling activity in Thailand and Brazil. The scope of work covered major repairs and technical upgrades required to meet operational and regulatory requirements for the forthcoming campaigns.
ASRY said the projects underline its capability to handle complex rig repair and conversion activity for international offshore drilling contractors. The yard continues to position itself as a regional centre for rig maintenance and upgrade work, serving clients operating across West Africa, South America and South East Asia.
