Coral Geographer, a second expedition cruise vessel of Vard 6 01 design, has been delivered to Australian cruise line, Coral Expeditions.

The 93.7m-long vessel, built at Vard Vung Tau in Vietnam, has been specially tailored for voyages to remote and exotic destinations in Asia and Oceania and joins sister ship, Coral Adventurer, delivered in 2019. Coral Geographer has capacity for 120 passengers in spacious cabins with balconies. It is equipped for daily shore expeditions, lectures, and briefings. Vard Accommodation has provided interior features and the ship’s ventilation system, while Vard Electro has supplied its SeaQ product range of navigation, electronics and electrical systems.

The vessel is due to embark on its maiden cruise from Cairns, Queensland, at the end of March.
