TT-Line Company's ferry order transferred to Rauma Marine Constructions

Australian ferry operator TT-Line Company said it has transferred the order for two large passenger/RoRo ferries to Finnish Rauma Marine Constructions (RMC) shipyard.
The vessels were originally ordered from German yard Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft, which has suffered corporate difficulties after heavy losses. A letter of intent has been signed with Rauma and negotiations are underway about a new delivery date, TT-Line said in a statement.
