Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports expands fire-fighting fleet

Remontowa Shipbuilding has won a tender for the construction of a firefighting vessel. The customer is Szczecin and Swinoujscie Seaports Authority, based in Szczecin.
The vessel’s tasks will include carrying out rescue and fire-fighting actions and assistance , e.g. for gas tankers in the port of Swinoujscie.
The vessel is due to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2022. It will be the third vessel of this type in the fleet of the seaports authority.
