SpecTec in Russia signs contract with Kazmortransflot

Kazmortransflot has a fleet of tankers, barges, and tugboats. The objective of Kazmortransflot is the creation and development of the national sea merchant marine fleet which contributes significantly to the maintenance of transport independence in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The company will invest in construction and acquisition of tankers, dry cargo fleets and support fleets.
The contract for 2009 covers the implementation of the software AMOS (Asset Management Operating System) on four tankers, the Kazmortransflot office and the warehouse as well.
The contract for 2010 will cover AMOS implementation to support fleet and two newbuilt tankers.
