PSV newbuilding delivered

The “Vestland Mira” on its way to Balestrand where the naming ceremony took place

It is a fully owned subsidiary of Vestland Offshore AS, based in Austevoll with already operating five vessels within offshore and seismic operations.
The “Vestland Mira” is 86m long and 17.6m wide and has a deck area of 901m². Accomodation is available for 25 persons and the maximum speed of the newbuilding is 14.5 knots. On the bridge the vessel is outfitted with Havyard`s brand new console design. It is said to be the first vessel using these consoles. Shortly after the naming ceremony, the “Vestland Mira” went straight into work on a contract with SGS, a company operating within seismic nodes on the seabed in the North Sea.

The shipbuilding company Havyard Group AS has delivered a Havyard 832 L platform supply vessel (PSV) to Norwegian shipping company Vestland PSV AS.
