Order for A&P Tyne

BVT Surface Fleet, UK, has issued a letter of instruction for A&P Tyne, part of the Britisch A&P Group, to manufacture nine double bottom units for the lower block 02 for the Queen Elizabeth Class aircraft carrier. The order will  include steel structure, additional manufacture and installation of seat and ladder items as well as 600 pipework items.

For this work A&P Tyne will utilise its newly installed panel line and plasma cutter.
