Oman Shipping Company takes delivery of Adam LNG

The LNG carrier Adam LNG was recently delivered

Built by Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) in Ulsan, South Korea, the vessel has a capacity of 162,000m3. Adam LNG will operate worldwide with a crew of 25. OSC acting chief executive officer, Tarik Al Junaidi, said key innovations of the Adam LNG included its dual-fuel diesel-electric propulsion system and the design of its aft hull form.
“This state-of-the-art LNG carrier offers considerable benefits to customers. Its innovations mean it is exceptionally fuel efficient, cost effective and environmentally friendly”, he said.
The Adam LNG will be managed by Oman Ship Management Company.

Oman Shipping Company (OSC) has taken delivery of the LNG carrier Adam LNG.
