New company established

The purpose of the new company is to establish operations within the global maritime industry, focusing in particular on conceptual development and innovation in the areas of maritime electronics, maritime automation and maritime communication.

Furthermore, the developing of concepts for maintenance and repairs of existing vessels will be a target market for the company. This may include packet solutions, systematic maintenance and repairs both in Norway and internationally.

The company is now in an early phase, in which active recruiting is going on for what we aim to become an exciting and innovative technological working environment. The primary basis for activity will be vessels built at the yards of Kleven Maritime.

The activity in Norway will be localised in connection with existing activity of the two founding companies.
