MacGregor to supply handling equipment for two RoRo vessels

Cargotec subsidiary, MacGregor, is to provide cargo handling equipment for two new RoRo ships built at Hyundai Mipo Dockyard (HMD) in South Korea for Luxembourg-based CLdN group company, Cobelfret CLdN.
The ships are scheduled for delivery during the fourth quarter of 2024 and the second quarter of 2025, respectively. They will operate on short-sea routes in the north and west of Europe.
Macgregor will design and supply stern ramps, ramp covers, hoistable car decks, access ramps, and ramp doors. The company’s engineers will also provide support and supervision during equipment installation.
