The agreement was signed at the Indonesia-German Forum in Berlin, also attended by Indonesian president Mr Joko Widodo and a large Indonesian delegation. To deal with the increasing passenger and freight traffic in Indonesia, PT Pelni and Meyer Werft will now investigate which type of ferries would be most suitable for the country.
