Launch of M.M. "Atlanticborg"

The vessel with yard number 1679A is the nineteenth vessel in a larger series of 17,500 tons, 1A ice classed, multi purpose vessels, the Chinese yard is building for Royal Wagenborg. The 143m long and 21.5m wide vessel is geared with three 60 ton cranes.
After the launch of m.v. "Atlanticborg", the keel for yard number 1580A was layed. This vessel will be launched as "Avonborg" forthcoming February.
Delivery of m.v. "Atlanticborg" is scheduled for end of February 2012.
