Handover and keel laying at Surabaya yard

PT Pertamina, Indonesian oil company based in Jakarta, continues to strengthen its fleet of ships to support the company's business.
In an official ceremony one 6,500 dwt tanker of type Kamojang was delivered to PT Pertamina by tha building yard PT Dok and Shipping Surabaya. In addition to handover of the vessel, keel laying for the construction of another tanker unit with 6,500 dwt took place.
Procurement of a new fleet is part of a big plan for major renovations and additions to the fleet owned by Pertamina.
