Norway's Kleven Verft, Ulsteinvik, is taken over by the Green Yard Group, which specialises in ship recycling. The Norwegian company will continue to operate the shipyard under the name Green Yard Kleven. It plans to continue building ships at Kleven Verft, thereby expanding the group's other business areas.

The Croatian shipbuilding group DIV Group bought the shipyard in January this year and filed for bankruptcy for Kleven at the beginning of July 2020. Previously, the shipbuilding operation was owned by the Hurtigruten shipping company.
