Dissolution of ST Engineering US companies
Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) announced that its wholly-owned inactive subsidiaries in the USA, Lee Holding Company (Lee Holding), Rosco Manufacturing Company (Rosco), Force Feed Loader Parts, Inc. (Force Feed), and LeeBoy Rents, Inc. (LeeBoy Rents), have been voluntarily dissolved as part of ST Engineering's ongoing business review.
VT LeeBoy, Inc. (VT LeeBoy), Rosco, Force Feed and LeeBoy Rents were wholly-owned subsidiaries of Lee Holding. As a result of the dissolution exercise, VT LeeBoy has been transferred to and is now directly owned by Vision Technologies Land Systems, Inc., a company of Vision Technologies Systems, Inc. (VT Systems). It remains as an operating unit of Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd (ST Kinetics), the land systems arm of ST Engineering.
