Norwegian shipyard group Kleven Maritime recently delivered the first of two PSV of type VS 485 to REM Offshore AS.
DNV classed "REM Commander" (4,258 gt) with a length of 85 m and a breadth of 20 m has a cargo deck of 975 m2. Deck load amounts to 3,130 t. With four Wärtsilä main engines of type 9L20 the vessel can reach a speed of 15.1 knots. Accomodation is offered for 22 persons. Delivery of the second VS 485 type PSV is scheduled for September.
