She was built by Southkorean shipyard SPP Plant & Shipbuilding Co., Ltd and is already the fifth of six tanker to be delivered by SPP within 2009. The last newbuilding, "Hongbo", is scheduled to follow in July.
183 m long and 32.2 m wide "Britto" with DNV class has entered into a bareboat time-charter employment for a period of ten years.
