Car-passenger ferry delivered

The ferry is 213m long and 31.5m wide and has 3,746 lane metres (lm) for trailers, cars and other cargo. In addition to space for approximately 180 lorries and 195 cars, the 47,600-gt vessel can accommodate 2,000 passengers. Special attention has been paid to the environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solutions and safety of the ship, according to the shipyard.
The “Spirit of France”, like her sister ship, the “Spirit of Britain”, which was delivered from Rauma Shipyard one year ago, will ply the route Dover – Calais.
