AmaWaterways releases details about its latest newbuilding

The luxury river cruise vessel features ultra-spacious suites and multiple dining venues (Rendering: AmaWaterways)

Named AmaMagna, the 135m-long vessel will be delivered in 2019 and will carry 194 passengers. It will be about twice the width of traditional European river ships and will have a luxury standard of accommodation. Construction of the vessel is underway at Belgrade in Serbia. As it is too large to transit canals between the Danube and Rhine, the vessel will be shipped to the Netherlands via the Black Sea.

American river shipping company AmaMagna-Ship/AmaWaterways has given more details about a large inland waterways passenger vessel being built at Dutch yard Vahali for operations on the river Danube.
