New member for Carnival Corp. Boards of Directors

Carnival Corporation & plc. announced that Randall J. Weisenburger, executive vice president and chief financial officer for marketing and corporate communications company Omnicom Group Inc., has been appointed to its boards of directors. Randall J. Weisenburger will serve in a non-executive capacity. He will also serve on the audit committees of each of the boards of directors.
