Launch of China-India Express Service

In order to meet the fast-growing volume of cargo and the demand for a direct service between India, Pakistan and China, Taiwanese shipping company Evergreen Line and Dubai based Simatech announced that they will be launching a China – India (CIX2 / CISC) Express Service from early January 2011.

Both lines comment, 'In addition to providing the prompt and direct services from North and East parts of China to India and Pakistan, the new service will also enhance our service network among South-eastern Asia as well as shortening the transit time accordingly.'
Port ratation stated to be: Xingang – Qingdao - Shanghai – Ningbo - Hong Kong – Singapore – Tanjung Pelepas – Port Klang – Nhava Sheva - Karachi - Colombo - Port Klang – Tanjung Pelepas – Singapore – Xingang.
