The “Pampero” was handed over in Singapore

The FCS 2610 unit named “Pampero” was handed over in Singapore and will go straight to work in Europe. According to the owner, the newbuilding will operate on the Global Tech 1 wind farm project in Germany. The “Pampero” will primarily be used to transfer personnel to and from the project's base port in Wilhelmshaven to the offshore wind farm.
Maritime Craft Services has also announced investments of EUR 11 million in another three Damen Twin Axe Design FCS 2610 vessels, scheduled for delivery in March, April and June 2013, respectively.
