Jackup rig for Maersk Drilling

Keppel FELS Limited in Singapore has delivered the third of four jackup rigs to Maersk Drilling. The rig was neamed "Maersk Resolve". the series of high efficiency rigs have a maximum operating depth of over 300 metres and are suitable for drilling deep, high temperature/high pressure wells of appr 9,000 m. they are also automated for safe operations.
"Maersk Resilient" and "Maersk Resolute" started operations during last year. The fourth rig is planned to be delivered during 2nd quarter 2009.
