Jack-Up L205 in Eydehavn

L205 was shipped from Indonesia to Norway, loaded on heavy lift vessel "Treasure"

At project partner Nymo Yards, the vessel is hooked up and final commissioned before mobilising for Ekofisk Field and the client ConocoPhillips.

The 111.8 long vessel with four 130 m long legs was built at Drydocks World, Graha shipyard at Batam, Indonesia. It was transported to Norway by Dockwise Shipping B.V.'s heavy lift vessel "Treasure".

L201 will be one of the North Sea’s largest jack up accommodation units equipped with 447 single cabins. It has been customized and outfitted to meet ConocoPhillips and the authorities’ requirements for a state-of-the-art accommodation unit on Ekofisk field.

This delivery marks an important milestone in the history of Master Marine. It is the first of two innovative jack-up construction vessels that the company ordered in 2007.

After taking delivery of its first newbuilding in June, Oslo based Master Marine ASA, provider of load out, transportation, offshore installation and hook up of platform structures, presented the new jack-up L205 at Eydehavn.
