UK-based fleet monitoring and control specialist, Reygar Ltd, and CrewSmart, a regulatory compliance and crew management company, are to provide an integrated system for High Speed Transfers (HST), a Swansea-based crew transport set-up, operating in the offshore energy and renewables sectors.
HST has commissioned an integrated system to provide management personnel with a comprehensive oversight of fleet operation, vessel condition and personnel compliance. The new system should raise efficiency and improve resource application.
Reygar’s Barefleet, a system that monitors a range of variables on vessels at sea including vessel efficiency, emissions, thrust, vibration, engine hours, weather and motion, will be integrated with CrewSmart to optimise fleet performance and ensure that service crews can maximise “time on turbine”. Shore personnel will also benefit from more insight into vessel operation and condition, the companies said.
