GranIHC Services to offer integrated offshore services in Latin America

The new tie-up has evolved as a result of IHC’s acquisition of a 50% stake in GranEnergia, an oil and gas service business and a subsidiary of GranInvestimentos.
Now, the new partnership will be able to build on GranEnergia’s strong operational set-up in Brazil together with IHC’s know-how in designing, building and servicing equipment and vessels in the offshore, dredging and mining markets.
