Appointment at ST Engineering

Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) has announced the appointment of Dr Stanley Lai Tze Chang as Independent Director of the Company with effect from 8 October 2009.

Upon his appointment, Dr Lai will also be appointed a Member of the Nominating Committee, Audit Committee and Executive Resource and Compensation Committee of the Company.
