MV Werften strengthens ship design capability with Neptun acquisition

No details of the transaction structure or the purchase price have been revealed and the deal will only become effective upon approval from Germany’s cartel authorities.
MV Werften is currently focused on design and construction of the Global class of cruise vessels and the expedition ship Crystal Endeavour. The new engineers and designers will be deployed primarily on the design of new ship projects. Complex vessels will be developed and designed in future by an expanded team.
