Harren & Partner expands breakbulk logistics service

Bremen-based Harren & Partner has expanded its heavy lift and logistics subsidiary, Combi Lift, with a new Forwarding Solutions Division specialising in the non-containerised cargo sector. The company will focus on the efficient shipment of cargo consignments that can be transported with or without the use of special equipment.

Head of the new unit, Matthias Gross, said: “Our logistics offering primarily targets international customers in the machine building industry and plant construction sector, but we basically transport everything that fits or does not fit into a standard container – by ship, road or rail.”

Harren & Partner Group managing director, Dr Martin Harren, commented: “I am very proud and delighted that we were able to form this new Forwarding Solutions Division.
