Aker Solutions opened a new subsea facility at its yard in Egersund, west Norway.

Technip, Paris based project management, engineering and construction for the oil & gas industry, and oilfield service provider Schlumberger signed a global cooperation agreement to jointly develop subsea integrity and surveillance solutions for flexible pipes used in deep offshore oil and gas production.
