Strategic cooperation

In 2011 the two maritime leaders Europort Istanbul and Mare Forum Istanbul Mare will join forces. By linking the two initiatives, taking place from 22 to 26 March 2011, an even larger maritime platform for the maritime industry in Turkey arises. Mare Forum Istanbul will be held one day prior to Europort Istanbul. This setup allows exhibitors and visitors to Europort Istanbul to also attend the conference. Mare Forum participants themselves have the opportunity to visit the exhibition.

Mare Forum Istanbul 2011 – The Turkish Expansion III
In a recovering global economy, demand for goods and services increases. This development also has outlook for the maritime sector. The Turkish shipbuilding industry is responding to these new opportunities. During Mare Forum Istanbul 2011 - The Turkish Expansion III - Turkish shipyards and (international) ship owners, manufacturers, financers, shippers, politicians, regulators, brokers and journalists will discuss about common challenges and strategies.

Europort Istanbul 2011
The 11th edition of this maritime exhibition will be held from 23 - 26 March 2011 at the Istanbul Expo Center. A wide range of national and international exhibitors will again be present. The exhibition is visited by approximately 8,000 maritime professionals, including decision-makers of a large number of Turkish shipyards and ship owners. This year Europort Istanbul also includes a special 'Super Yacht Route’ that will highlight the suppliers to this sector. The exhibition is organized by Ahoy Rotterdam and NTSR International Exhibition & Congress Organisation in exclusive cooperation with Turkish Chamber of Shipping.
