New Board leadership

FLEX LNG, incorporated with the objective of commercialising among the world's first floating liquefaction units (LNG Producers) announced the appointment of two highly successful LNG industry veterans, Keith Meyer and Kathleen Eisbrenner as Chairman and Deputy Chair, respectively, of the Board of Directors of FLEX LNG.

As FLEX states, Keith Meyer and Kathleen Eisbrenner significantly strengthen FLEX LNG's execution capabilities, bringing to FLEX LNG development and commercial experience as it pursues its objective of developing the world’s first floating liquefaction units.

Keith Meyer is a LNG executive with more than 25 years of management experience in the global energy industry across the energy value chain. Meyer was President of Cheniere LNG Inc which developed one of the largest U.S. LNG receiving terminals. Kathleen Eisbrenner's distinguished career has spanned more than 30 years in the global oil and gas industry. She is founder and CEO of NextDecade LLC, a new company positioned to capture innovative opportunities in the global integrated natural gas industry. Previously, Kathleen Eisbrenner served as Executive Vice President responsible for Royal Dutch Shell's Global LNG strategy. She was the CEO and Founder of Excelerate Energy, the developer of the world's first floating LNG regas facilities through the commercialization of the Energy Bridge technology. Kathleen Eisbrenner is currently a Board member of Chesapeake Energy Corporation, one of the largest oil and gas producers in North America.
