BC Ferries has taken delivery of its newest vessel, the double-ended ferry "Island Sky"(appr. 3,500 gt).

Aker Philadelphia Shipyard, a leading U.S. commercial shipyard, held a traditional keel laying ceremony for the eighth MT-46 Veteran Class product tanker being constructed at the yard.
