AVEVA, provider of engineering design and information management solutions based in Cambridge, announced the acquisition of Logimatic’s MARS business from Logimatic Holdings A/S.

STX Europe has entered into new contracts with Rem Offshore ASA, Fosnavag, for the building of two Platform Supply Vessels. The total contract value is stated to amount to approximately 750 million NOK.
