Seadrill, Hamilton, Bermuda, has entered into a turnkey contract to build up to four new ultra-deepwater drillships at the Samsung yard in South Korea.

At Muggiano shipyard, La Spezia, of Fincantieri the traditional sheet cutting ceremony marked the commencement of construction of the first of two “Falaj 2” stealth vessels which have been ordered from Fincantieri by the United Arab Emirates Navy.
