Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (MES) completed and delivered the 56,000 dwt bulk carrier M.V. “Aqua Atlantic” (MES Hull No. 1746) at its Chiba Works to Helios Navigation Inc., Panama.
