E-learning programme for MLC training

Compared with traditional learning courses, the “Introduction to Maritime Labour Convention 2006 training” is said to facilitate the concurrent education of large numbers of personnel without interrupting their normal working activities.
The training is developed for seafarers and shore-based personnel. It is also said to be a source of information and guidance for anyone involved in the development of MLC-related documentation as well as to persons responsible for implementation of MLC systems and procedures on board the ships and in the company offices ashore. The training is divided into eight interactive modules, covering the background, concept and requirements of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006.
