ClassNK and OceanScore to share emissions data

ClassNK has signed a collaboration with Hamburg-based OceanScore enabling users of the classification society’s Zero Emissions Transition Accelerator (ClassNK ZETA) to access monitoring, reporting, verification (MRV) and data collection system (DCS) information.

The agreement means that users of the ClassNK ZETA service will have access to OceanScore’s Compliance Manager. This system supports management of the commercial processes relating to European emissions regulations and, with more transparency, enhances risk management, the parties said.
