Appointment at Boskalis Supervisory Board

During the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, J.M. Hessels was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. for a four year term. He will also chair the Supervisory Board.

Hessels fulfills the function of chairman of the Board of NYSE Euronext, Inc. and is member of the Supervisory Board of Heineken N.V. He is also member of the International Advisory Board of SC Johnson Corporation and chairman of the Netherlands Committee for Economic Policy Analysis. J.M. Hessels has formerly occupied the position of Chief Executive Officer of Royal Vendex KBB N.V. Furthermore Hessels held various positions as director and supervisor of several other companies.
