Appointment as new Managing Director

Gerard Keser

The Supervisory Board and Management of Dutch company N-Sea, a new launched company of Nordhoek and partner Value Enhancement Partners, announced that as of 12 September Gerard Keser takes office as the new Managing Director of N-Sea.

Leen Noordhoek, who has been Managing Director, ad interim, since May of
this year, will become a Member of the Supervisory Board.
From 2002 to 2011 Gerard Keser held various executive with Smit International NV. His last position was Managing Director of Smit Salvage and Subsea.
N-Sea (formerly Noordhoek) with a history of more than 50 years is known worldwide as an intergrated subsea contractor within the oil and gas, renewables, cable and dredging industries.
