AME, Nexans and SICK team up with PEMA

Global cabling systems group Nexans, control systems specialist Advanced Microwave Engineering (AME) and sensor solutions producer Sick are to become members of the Port Equipment Manufacturers Association (PEMA), in a move that further builds on the association’s work to improve efficiencies in the ports sector.

Nakilat and Damen Shipyards Group join forces in Qatar

Qatar Gas Transport Company Ltd. (Nakilat), Doha, Qatar, has signed a joint venture agreement with Damen Shipyards Qatar Holding B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Damen Shipyards Group, to jointly operate a world-class shipbuilding facility in the Port of Ras Laffan, Qatar.
