First turbine installed

At the offshore wind farm Horns Rev 2 in the North Sea situated 30-40 km off the west coast of Denmark the first turbine was installed by the Danish project developer Dong Energy, Siemens, who delivers the turbines, and the Danish supplier of construction services A2Sea.

Aker Solutions has been awarded an EPC contract by Dong E&P Norge to deliver a complete subsea production system to the operator's Trym field, located north of the Norwegian-Danish North Sea border, appr. 300 km south-west of Kristiansand.
