The Port Equipment Manufacturers Association (PEMA) continues growth with the incorporation of two new member companies: crane manufacturer Terex Cranes and container logistics solutions designer Loxystem AB.

CKYH Alliance (Coscon, "K"LINE, Yang Ming, and Hanjin Shipping) will start a direct service between Vietnam and the U.S. East Coast by adding Ho Chi Minh City in its current AWE-4 (All Waters East Coast-4) service, which is one of the Alliance’s Far East - U.S. East Coast lanes operated by "K" LINE, effective from the middle of August, 2009.
