China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL), the integrated oilfield services provider in the offshore China market, has signed agreements to commission building of deep-water 12-streamer geophysical vessel COSL720 and deep-water survey vessel COSL708.

Further to the Golar LNG Ltd.("Golar"), Bermuda, announcement in August 2008 of the MOU signed between Golar and PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited ("PTTEP") of Thailand covering the joint development of Floating LNG (FLNG) opportunities, Golar has signed an agreement with PTTEP to jointly enter into Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) studies for the proposed Australian FLNG project located in North West Australia.

Aker Solutions has signed a contract with Maersk FPSOs to perform the mooring installation work at the Peregrino field offshore Brazil.
