Head of Agreement on a joint venture LNG receiving terminal

In Jakarta, Indonesia, gas company PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk., the national oil and gas company PT Pertamina (Persero) and the energy company PT PLN (Persero) signed a Head of Agreement (HoA) for a joint venture to develop and operate a LNG Receiving Terminal (LNG RT) in West Java. The HoA covers the development of the terminal including floating storage and regasification unit technology. The liquid gas will be supplied from East Kalimantan on the east of Borneo island.
